CHICAGO – The Center for Healthcare Innovation announces the acquisition of an office in downtown Chicago. Chicago, IL, February 7, 2012- The Center for Healthcare Innovation (CHI), in partnership with the Metropolitan Chicago Healthcare Council (MCHC) has acquired an office in the Fifth-Third Center at 222 S. Riverside Plaza. The move represents a significant step forward for the young Center as it moves towards its goal of becoming the world’s leading research center and thought-leadership institution for the global pharmaceutical and life sciences community.

The Center for Healthcare Innovation’s first annual “Globalization of Innovation: China, India, and USA Pharmaceutical Markets” symposium held in Chicago, Illinois, USA was a tremendous success. We had extraordinarily high quality speakers, moderators, and panelists. We also had an audience of well over 150 accomplished professionals for this October event. We were able to bring together top executives from leading pharmaceutical companies and partner organizations such as FedEx, Goldman Sachs, and Microsoft Corporation. The Center for Healthcare Innovation, the National Biotechnology & Pharmaceutical Association, and the National Hispanic Life Science Society, recently successfully collaborated on the 2011 “Diversity and Clinical Trials: Opportunities and Challenges for the Life Sciences Industry” symposium in Chicago, IL, USA.  The symposium went exceedingly well.  We had a turnout of about 90 high quality participants, with a vigorous and engaging discussion.  There were attendees from the following companies and organizations:
